Birdbrain Bags started when I wanted to make some knitting project bags for myself. From there, friends started asking for them, and I decided it would be fun to make more to sell. Then I started scaling the sizes up and down and settled on the six sizes I carry. As I created new sizes I found lots of fun new uses for the bags that have nothing to do with crafting, and I hope you are able to find lots of fun uses for them as well. 
The name Birdbrain Bags comes from my love of birds, both wild and my own indoor flock. In keeping with the theme, I have named each size of bag after a corresponding sized bird that I can see at or around my home in Southwest Idaho.
